In-store help for Windows and macOS laptops and desktops — malware cleanup, safer setups, getting files back when possible, and everyday software headaches. We assess each machine in the shop and agree a price before work starts.
Malware removal & security
Typical unwanted software, browser hijacks, fake alerts, sluggish behaviour after sketchy installs, and general “make it safe again” jobs.

“From” prices assume the device powers on and storage is readable. We tell you if imaging or a reinstall will cost more before we proceed.
Data recovery
We handle logical recovery where the drive still works — deleted files, accidental format, OS won’t boot but the disk is healthy. We do not offer clean-room platter work. If a drive is mechanically failed, we can refer you to a specialist lab.
- Recover photos, documents and folders to another drive or USB you supply
- Clone a failing-but-readable drive before it dies (time permitting)
- Export data before a clean reinstall

No guarantee on recovery — we only charge for the time and tools used, and we stop if the risk to your data outweighs the chance of success.

Operating system glitches, updates gone wrong, drivers, Office, and general “it’s slow or weird” tune-ups.
