Radstock sits in the Somer Valley, a short run north-west of Frome on the same A362 corridor as Midsomer Norton. PhoneCell is the walk-in shop at Eagle Lane Emporium. We do not operate a Radstock shop, a Fortescue Road pop-up, or a collection point on the high street.
The usual route is the A362 towards Frome — around nine to eleven miles. In normal traffic that is about 15–20 minutes, often a little quicker than Norton because you are already on the Frome road. People often combine it with other Frome errands; the repair itself is a walk-in at the Emporium, not a home visit (home visits are a separate booked service).
Open Tuesday to Friday 10:00–17:00 and Saturday 10:00–16:00. Closed Sunday and Monday. No appointment for in-store repairs. Call 01373 311890 if you want to check parts before you leave Radstock.
