£59.99 call-out · 1 hour · Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Home visits are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to start. The call-out covers the first hour on site. Extra time or parts are agreed with you before we continue.

How do I book a home visit?
Use the online booking form on this page. It links to our appointment system so we can confirm your visit. You can also call or WhatsApp us.
Which days are available?
Tuesdays and Wednesdays to start. Other days may be added — ask when you book.
What does £59.99 include?
The call-out fee covers the first hour of help and advice at your home. If we need longer or additional work, we agree the cost with you before continuing.
Can you fix my phone screen at home?
Many hardware repairs are done in our Eagle Lane shop where we have the right tools and parts. We can still visit for diagnosis and advice, and book an in-store repair if needed.
